Odefsey is a triple combination pill of the NNRTI rilpivirine and two NRTIs; emtricitabine and tenofovir alafenamide/TAF,  that was approved in 2016.  This medication is only used for people with viral loads below 100,000 and CD4 counts above 200.  It has very few side effects and is very well tolerated.  Take Odefsey once a day with a meal.
