Tuvada is a one pill combination of emitricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumerate approved in 2004.  Now probably the most prescribed ARV and is available in many countries now as a generic.  It is generally very well tolerated with only rare mild side effects in the first week including headache and loss of appetite.  Do not take with atazanavir, lamivudine, lopinavir, and ritonavir.

Truvada is also used as PrEP for the prevention of HIV.
